Why us

A translation line is not a support experience.

Routing a Spanish-speaking customer through an interpreter adds minutes, loses nuance, and tells them they're an exception. Staffing agents who speak the language removes all three problems at once.

Native or near-native fluency
Cultural context, not just vocabulary
Direct routing — no interpreter relay
Recruited where your customers live
What’s included

What multilingual support includes.

Native-fluency agents

Staffed for comprehension and cultural context, not phrasebook ability.

Spanish at depth

Our largest non-English bench, sized to real US demand.

Every channel, every language

Voice, chat, email, and SMS — not just a phone line.

Language-matched routing

Customers reach a speaker directly, not a transfer chain.

Coverage across time zones

Home-based agents recruited where your customers live.

Escalation without switching

Supervisors who speak the language too, so escalation isn't a downgrade.

How we work

From first call to full team in four steps.

STEP 01

Discovery

We map your customers, channels, volume, and goals — and agree on what great looks like.

STEP 02

Strategy

We build a staffing plan, playbooks, and QA framework tailored to your service levels.

STEP 03

Training

Agents learn your product, tone, and edge cases so they represent you from day one.

STEP 04

Launch & optimize

You go live, and we keep tuning — monitoring quality, scaling, and reporting.

The outcome

What changes when customers can just talk.

Faster

First-language conversations reach the issue sooner.

Higher

First-contact resolution climbs when nothing is lost in relay.

Stickier

Customers served in their language churn less.

Half our customers speak Spanish at home. The day we stopped routing them through an interpreter, our CSAT moved more than any other change we made that year.

FAQ

Multilingual support, answered.

Common questions about multilingual and bilingual call center outsourcing. Talk to our team.

Multilingual call center outsourcing means staffing your support queue with agents who serve customers in their own language — rather than routing them to a translation line or an English-only queue. In practice it covers voice, chat, and email in each language, with native or near-native fluency and the cultural context that makes a conversation feel natural rather than translated.

The measurable ones are resolution rate and handle time — a customer explaining a billing problem in their first language gets to the point faster and needs fewer callbacks. The less visible benefit is retention: customers who can get help in their own language stay longer, and in Spanish-speaking US markets that difference is large enough to show up in churn numbers.

Spanish is the deepest bench by a wide margin, reflecting US demand. We also staff French, Portuguese, Mandarin, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Korean, and others depending on volume. Because our agents are home-based rather than tied to one building, we recruit for a language where its speakers actually live.

We staff for native or near-native fluency, not conversational ability. Accent neutrality is less important than comprehension and cultural fluency — an agent who understands what a customer means, not just what they said, resolves the issue on the first contact.

In-language interactions are reviewed by people fluent in that language, using the same scorecard as your English queue so results are comparable. The scorecard adds language-specific checks: correct terminology for your products, an appropriate level of formality, and required disclosures delivered in the approved wording. For your visibility, reviewers can attach a short English summary of each scored contact and its coaching points. Calibration sessions should include at least two reviewers per language where volume allows, so that one person's judgment does not become the standard for that queue.

Decide this during scoping, because it affects launch timing. Informal content, such as troubleshooting steps and macros, can be adapted by fluent agents and reviewers who know how customers actually phrase things. Legal terms, regulated disclosures, pricing language and anything contractual should be translated or approved by your own legal or compliance team, then locked so agents do not paraphrase it. Keep one owner for each language version and a process for pushing English updates through to every translation. Outdated translated articles are a common cause of wrong answers in non-English queues.

It depends on volume, hours and what the conversations are worth. A language with steady daily contacts across your opening hours supports dedicated agents, and customers get direct service. A language that produces a few contacts a week cannot keep an agent occupied or in practice on your product, so an interpreter line, scheduled callbacks or email support in that language may serve those customers better. Share contact counts by language and hour during scoping. We will tell you where dedicated staffing makes sense and where it does not.

Coverage is planned language by language, not as one block. Your largest non-English queue may be able to match your English hours. Smaller languages may be staffed for defined windows that follow when those customers actually contact you, with an agreed fallback outside them, such as a callback in the customer's language the next day. Home-based agents make split shifts and early or late windows easier to staff than a single site would. Routing needs a reliable language signal, from a menu choice, the number dialed or a flag on the customer record in your system.
